Approval workflow: a four-eyes principle for working hours

As soon as several people track time, you need clear rules: who may change working hours retroactively, who approves vacation, and how do timesheets stay audit-proof? Jomawo's approval workflow brings the four-eyes principle to your time tracking – change requests, leave requests and deletion requests are routed through team lead approval.

All open requests appear in one approval overview and can be reviewed individually or approved or rejected with a single click. With the self-approval setting you can allow employees to approve their own changes within a window of X days – keeping the process lean without giving up control.

Closed periods can be locked (entry locking) so that reviewed or already billed entries can no longer be modified. Comments on working times document questions right on the entry – transparent for everyone involved.
