Yes. The Freelancer plan is not a time-limited trial but permanently free. You get 160 hours of project and work time tracking per month, timesheet exports and AI features – without payment details and without any automatic upgrade.
Then the Premium plan is the right choice: it offers flexible hours per month plus additional features like travel time calculation, REST API access and exports with your own logo. All the data you have already tracked is fully preserved when you upgrade.
The price starts at €6 per user per month and depends on contract term, pricing model and team size. The bigger the team and the longer the term, the lower the price per user. All members get the same premium features.
Yes, all plans are cancellable monthly – there is no hidden minimum term. If you voluntarily choose a longer term, you benefit from better per-user rates in return.
Billing is per user. You invite new team members simply by email; they get the same premium features through your subscription. If a member is removed, you automatically receive a credit for the unused subscription time in the next billing cycle.
